Say which page, which sentence, and which source you are using. A link to the provider's current fee guide or to the official page is more useful than a screenshot with no address.
Do not send an identity number, a bank statement, a card number or medical information. We do not need them to correct a page.
What you can report
A wrong fee or interest rate, a product that has been withdrawn, a regulatory statement that is out of date, a broken link, a calculator that does not match the published tax rules, a missing disclosure, or wording that points you to the wrong institution.
How a report is assessed
The page and the source are checked. If the report is right, the page is corrected and its review date can change. If the replacement figure cannot be checked, the old figure is removed rather than replaced with a guess. An important change is shown on the page.
What we will not do
We will not remove a risk statement because it is inconvenient. We will not treat a provider's request as a correction unless the underlying fact is wrong. We will not promise a number of days.
