These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use WiT Money South Africa (witmoney.co.za), a financial information and comparison website operated by Armas Capital Limited, an Irish company registered under number 816757, trading as WiT Finance Group.

2. About WiT Money South Africa
WiT Money South Africa publishes general financial information, product comparisons, provider directories, educational guides, calculators and a glossary for the South African market.
Reading the website is free. It does not currently issue loans, accept deposits, sell insurance, manage investments, send a financial-product application, conclude a financial-product contract, or give advice that is tailored to you. A later service would be explained on the website before it is offered.
3. Acceptance and use of these terms
If you browse the website, use a calculator or email us, these terms describe that use. They apply together with any protection the law gives you that cannot be taken away.
There is no tick-box and no account. Using the website after a later change to these terms is not, by itself, your agreement to that change.
4. General financial information and limitations
Information on WiT Money South Africa is provided for general information and education. It does not take account of your circumstances, objectives or needs, and it is not personal financial, investment, credit, insurance, tax or legal advice.
Whether a product suits you depends on your own position. Rates, prices, fees and eligibility can change. The provider's terms, policy wording or quotation are the ones that govern that product. A listing is not a promise that you will be accepted. Investment and trading can lead to the loss of money.
5. Comparisons and provider information
Comparisons use provider documents and official publications, and they say when a figure was checked. A product can change before this website is updated. Some figures rest on stated assumptions. Some products can only be priced with a personal quotation.
A fee that is not shown is not a fee of zero. Nothing on a comparison page promises that a provider will approve you. Check the current details with the provider before you apply or buy.
How tables are ordered is explained in the comparison methodology. How sources are chosen is explained in the editorial guidelines. A wrong figure can be reported through the corrections policy.
6. Calculators and illustrative results
A calculator works out a result from the figures you enter, or from a tax table named on that calculator. The arithmetic is illustrative. It is not a quotation, a tax assessment or a forecast, and it does not mean you qualify for a product.
Tax, fees and other charges can change the result you would actually receive. A lender, insurer or other provider may quote a different figure. An assumed return is not a promise.
7. Third-party products and websites
The website may link to banks, lenders, insurers, medical schemes, investment platforms, trading services, business-finance providers, payment and software providers, and to regulators and other official sources.
Those organisations run their own services, applications, prices and decisions. A link is not an endorsement, and it is not an application. WiT Money South Africa does not approve a loan, pay an insurance claim, or decide a medical-scheme dispute. Your rights against a provider are a matter for that provider's terms and for the law that applies to that product.
8. Commercial relationships and disclosures
You are not charged to read the website or to use the calculators. No provider is paying for a ranking or a placement, and no row is labelled as sponsored. The address used for outbound links does not send you to a provider.

If advertising, sponsorship, commission or a referral is introduced later, these terms and those pages will be updated first, the placement will be labelled, and the comparison method will say whether payment affects the order.
9. Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse the website, use the calculators for your own lawful purposes, share a link, and quote a short extract where the law allows. You may use the information for your own research.
You may not copy the website into another product and present it as your own, or present a calculator result as a quotation from WiT Money or from a provider. You may not attack the website, interfere with it, or send someone else's personal information to the contact email without a proper reason. These terms do not remove a use that statute allows, including lawful linking.
10. Intellectual property
Original text and layout on this website are owned or licensed by Armas Capital Limited, except where a page identifies another source. Provider names, logos and marks belong to those providers and are used to identify them. Official publications and other third-party material remain the property of their authors.
11. Website availability and changes
The website is updated from time to time and may be unavailable during maintenance. A feature can change, and information from a provider can change before a page is revised. Continuous availability is not promised.
Where a figure has not been checked, it is left off the page rather than shown as a fact.
12. Liability and consumer rights
WiT Money South Africa provides information. It does not provide the loan, the account, the policy or the investment. A dispute about a provider's own product is between you and that provider.
These terms do not remove a right the Consumer Protection Act, or another law that applies to you, says cannot be removed. They do not limit liability to a stated amount.
14. Complaints and enquiries
Write to contact@witfinancegroup.com about a mistake on this website, information you think is wrong, a privacy question, or a complaint about WiT Money South Africa.
A complaint about a bank, lender, insurer or medical scheme starts with that organisation. You can then use the ombud or regulator that covers that product. This website does not decide or reverse those outcomes. The complaints page explains the difference.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms do not take away a protection that applies to you and that the law says cannot be removed. They do not require every dispute to be brought in Ireland, and they do not say that only South African law applies.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms can be replaced by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date the page was last reviewed. It is not the date these terms took effect. Using the website after a change is not, by itself, your agreement to that change. A material change will be described on this page.
