WiT Money South Africa is a financial information and comparison website operated by Armas Capital Limited, an Irish company registered under number 816757, trading as WiT Finance Group.

Armas Capital Limited operates this website. Its registered office is Apartment 4, Anne Street House, Waterford, Co. Waterford, X91 E248, Ireland. Privacy questions go to contact@witfinancegroup.com.

No information officer and no data protection officer is named. The email address is the contact route. It is not an appointment to either role.

Witaris Capital does not operate this website and does not receive personal information from it.

Personal information we collect

The site stores one choice in your browser, under the name wm-consent. The value is accepted or rejected. It is kept in local storage. It is not an HTTP cookie.

When you open a page, the web host may record the page address and, if the host is set up to do so, your IP address. The hosting company is not named in the site configuration, so this notice cannot name it.

If you search the site, the words you type are placed in the page address. If you email us, the message is whatever you choose to send from your own email program.

The site does not ask for an identity number, a bank login, a credit-bureau login or a medical history. It has no user account, no contact form and no newsletter. Calculators and searches

Calculators run in your browser. The amounts you type are not sent to WiT Money and are not stored in an account.

Search puts your words in the address, for example /search/?q= followed by the words. The server uses those words to list pages. They are not saved against your name. The address can still appear in a host log, if the host keeps logs.

Email enquiries

There is no form on this website. A message is sent only if you email contact@witfinancegroup.com from your own email program. Your email provider carries that message. We do not operate a separate email processor for this site.

Recipients and service providers

No analytics company, advertising network or email processor is named in the site configuration. The company that hosts the website is not named there either.

Mail you send is handled by your own email provider and then by whatever service holds the inbox for contact@witfinancegroup.com. That inbox service is not named in the site configuration.

Witaris Capital is not a recipient of personal information from this website.

International transfers

Armas Capital Limited is an Irish company. Readers may be in South Africa or elsewhere. Where a host would keep logs, and where the email inbox is kept, is not recorded in the site configuration.

No transfer safeguard is stated. The providers and the countries have not been identified, so none has been assessed.

Data retention
